Overview
- Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV systems and Video Management Software (VMS), including Milestone, Genetec, and Avigilon.
- Perform system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support for security systems.
- Configure and manage cameras, recording servers, storage systems, and client workstations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of CCTV and Access Control systems.
- Install, configure, and support Access Control Systems, including NEDAP and other industry-standard platforms.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams during project execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system drawings as required.
- Provide user training and technical guidance to end-users.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and security regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CCTV and Access Control systems.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Milestone XProtect
• Avigilon Control Center (ACC)
- Experience with
NEDAP Access Control System
- is an advantage.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, IP cameras, servers, storage solutions, and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
