Engineer - CPP/WHR CRO
Full Job Posting
Monitor and operate the CPP-WHR plant equipment from the Central Control Room (CCR).
Monitor boiler, turbine, generator, WHR systems, and other auxiliary equipment parameters.
Maintain stable plant operation by monitoring temperature, pressure, flow, and other operating parameters.
Ensure continuous power generation as per plant requirements and operational targets.
Coordinate with field operators for equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and safe operation.
Identify abnormalities, alarms, and equipment failures, and take immediate corrective action.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and environmental guidelines.
Maintain shift logbooks and record all important operating data and plant events.
Coordinate with maintenance teams during equipment breakdowns, shutdowns, and planned maintenance activities.
Ensure proper shift handover and communicate plant status, pending issues, and critical observations to the incoming operator.
