Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable MERN web applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces.
• Build RESTful APIs and ensure seamless frontend and backend data flow.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability, and resolve technical issues.
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in Agile sprints, stand-ups, code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and support continuous improvement.

Required qualifications

• The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on full stack development experience using the MERN stack.
• Strong React.js skills and experience with Redux or similar state management libraries are required.
• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and MongoDB is required.
• Experience with Git, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, authentication, authorization, cloud deployment, and CI/CD is required.

Preferred skills

• Experience with TypeScript is preferred.
• Knowledge of GraphQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization is preferred.
• Exposure to serverless architecture is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Jest, Mocha, or Cypress is preferred.

Education and soft skills

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is requested.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are valued.
