Role Overview

Supplier and Marketplace Operations

• Train suppliers on the Seller Central portal and assist with catalogue uploads.
• Resolve supplier queries about catalogue creation, product uploads, and portal operations.
• Coordinate catalogue details, brand assets, size charts, and platform requirements for brand go-live.

Orders and Shipments

• Ensure timely purchase order creation, order processing, and shipment tracking.
• Follow up with suppliers on dispatch timelines and issue resolution.
• Raise Rebuy purchase orders and coordinate order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery with brands.

Reporting and Issue Resolution

• Maintain operational trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve system-related issues.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of ecommerce operations experience, preferably within a fashion or lifestyle brand.
• Prior experience managing marketplace or brand accounts on ecommerce marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce cataloguing, inventory synchronization, purchase order management, and marketplace operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleanup, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
