Opportunity Overview

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and mentorship covering reporting, Power BI, Spotfire, Databricks, and data storytelling.
• Gather business needs and translate reporting requirements into KPIs and metrics.
• Design and build dashboards that track performance and support business insights.
• Use Databricks to source data, build dashboard queries, and support analysis and reporting.
• Define, document, and refine KPIs aligned with team objectives.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, quality, and consistency.
• Document data sources, definitions, and report logic.
• Continue developing reporting skills and explore new tools and techniques.

What You Will Bring

• The role is suited to students in the second or third year of a bachelor’s program in computer science, business technology management, or another data-related program.
• Students are expected to return to their studies in the following term.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills are requested.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, or other reporting and visualization tools is an asset.
• Experience querying databases, data warehouses, or data lakes using SQL is an asset.
