EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • At least one year of related experience; or at least 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HRIS systems.
  • CERTIFICATIONS
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not needed.
