Employee Engagement Executive (Arabic Speaker) – Immediate Joiner
Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a passionate and proactive **Employee Engagement Executive** to join our HR team.
If you enjoy creating a positive workplace culture, organizing employee activities, and driving engagement initiatives, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Develop initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Organize employee recognition and appreciation programs.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee wellness initiatives.
- Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve workplace culture.
- Work closely with different departments to promote a collaborative and engaging work environment.
- Assist in internal communications and HR campaigns.
- Support other HR initiatives as required.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in **Employee Engagement, HR, or a similar role**.
- **Arabic speaker is mandatory** (English proficiency is also required).
- **Immediate joiner** or available to join at short notice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proactive, energetic, and creative personality.
- Strong organizational and event coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
