About The Role
Business Umbrella is hiring an Emiratisation Program Manager to lead Emiratil hiring, retention, and development programs aligned with NAFIS and MOHRE 2026 targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the company-wide Emiratisation strategy and roadmap
- Drive Emirati hiring pipeline through universities, NAFIS, and partners
- Manage MOHRE skill-level compliance reporting and audits
- Build mentorship, rotation, and career pathing programs for Emiratis
- Report monthly progress to leadership against quota gaps
Requirements
- Emirati with Book preferred
- 6+ years in Emiratisation, HR, or Talent program management
- Deep knowledge of NAFIS, MOHRE, and TAMM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Bilingual: Arabic and English
