Role summary
Own consolidated reporting for the Development Business Unit, delivering actuals, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans accurately and on time.
Maintain reporting processes and controls; support management reporting, performance insights, analysis, and presentations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities
- Consolidate budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans; align submissions with project finance and circulate templates.
- Support month-end flash and management reporting packs and enter HFM data for head office entities.
- Prepare consolidated balance sheet, IFRS cash flow, capex, and capital allocation submissions.
- Deliver consolidated operational KPI reporting and validate Power BI dashboards monthly.
- Present financial insights and variance analysis to senior management using real estate datasets.
- Ensure information integrity, accuracy, quality, and IFRS/IAS compliance.
- Promote data visualization for financial and non-financial analysis.
- Implement process improvements and automation; support system implementations and enhancements.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of finance experience.
- Relevant degree or professional certification.
- Experience with HFM, Oracle, or SAP financial systems and advanced Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS, financial reporting, financial modelling, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and produce insights using BI tools such as Power BI.
- Strong financial analysis, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Real estate experience is an advantage.
