Key Job Responsibilities
- **Document Control:**

- **Contracts/Procurement Support:**
- Assisting with bid packages, processing purchase orders, and reviewing subcontractor contracts.
- **Operational Support:**
- Managing site office operations, scheduling meetings, and assisting HR with onboarding.
- **Financial Support:**
- Assisting with invoicing, payment applications, and expense tracking.
- **Key Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Experience:**
- 5–7 years of administrative experience, specifically within UAE construction companies.
- **Education:**
- A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required; knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle is highly desirable.
- **Knowledge:**
- Familiarity with project management principles is a strong advantage.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong communication, multitasking, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
