In this assignment, you will be working with Coinbase through our Managed Service Provider—partnering with one of the most influential cryptocurrency companies in history, dedicated to empowering their customers’ success through innovative solutions. Emerging Talent Recruiter — Contractor Start date: 8/31 | End date: 1/15 As an Emerging Talent Recruiter on the People team, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for Coinbase's internship and new grad programs, directly fueling our goal of having 20% of new full-time Product, Engineering, and Design hires come through our intern pipeline. You'll manage high-volume hiring across peak seasons, build relationships with universities and student communities, and guide candidates from first touch through conversion, helping shape the next generation of Coinbase leaders. What you'll do: ● Own full-cycle intern and new grad recruitment at high volume during peak hiring seasons, from sourcing through offer close ● Lead event logistics end to end, including career fairs, info sessions, and on-campus engagements across multiple universities and platforms ● Build and maintain university partnerships and student community relationships to strengthen Coinbase's emerging talent brand ● Present confidently to large audiences at recruiting events, delivering compelling narratives about Coinbase's mission and career opportunities ● Support interns throughout the program lifecycle, mentoring them and guiding top performers through the conversion process ● Track pipeline health, maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse, and report on recruiting metrics to inform team strategy Required Skills and Experience: ● 2 years of experience in early-career recruiting, campus recruiting, or high-volume talent acquisition ● Demonstrated ability to plan and execute large-scale recruitment events, managing vendors, venues, and cross-functional logistics independently ● Strong public speaking ability with proven comfort presenting to audiences of 50 students and stakeholders ● Proficiency in Greenhouse (or comparable ATS and sourcing platforms such as Handshake, Untapped, or LinkedIn ● Effective time management across multiple time zones with willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons ● Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
