Emergency Management Specialist – Project Manager

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, planning, engineering, public administration, environmental science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible professional experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in emergency management, resilience planning, infrastructure operations, or a closely related field, with demonstrated application to large‐scale critical infrastructure systems.
• Experience supporting public agencies, utilities, or infrastructure owner‐operators within complex regulatory and operational environments. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
