Embroidery Machine Operator

Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines

Load garments, thread machines, and prepare jobs for production

Monitor embroidery runs to ensure quality and accuracy

Inspect finished products and identify any issues before orders move forward

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Keep work areas organized and production moving efficiently

Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals

Strong attention to detail

Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced production environment

Comfortable learning and operating production equipment

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Previous embroidery experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person

Experience with commercial embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, SWF, etc.)

Apparel decoration or print production experience

Basic troubleshooting or mechanical aptitude
