Email Marketing Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute email campaigns for promotions, seasonal events, partner offers, and engagement initiatives
• Develop email marketing calendars and determine optimal send timing and campaign frequency
• Write engaging email copy, subject lines, and CTAs
• Build and maintain automated email flows and customer journeys
• Segment email lists and manage audience targeting based on customer behavior and engagement
• Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall effetiveness
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, send times, messaging, and audience segments
• Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements to increase engagement and campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives
• Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, segmentation, and email automation
• Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and engagement data
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience planning campaigns around promotional calendars, seasonal events, or partner initiatives is preferred
• Strong written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer engagement, retention marketing, or CRM campaigns
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle and engagement strategies
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Basic understanding of CRM and marketing analytics tools
