ELV Technical Material Submittal with Document Controller Experience

Location:

Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit technical material submittals for ELV systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and project teams for approvals.
• Maintain and manage all project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
• Ensure proper document control procedures and filing systems are followed.
• Track approvals, comments, revisions, and submission status.
• Assist project engineers with technical documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ELV / construction industry.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, SMATV, Gate Barrier, and related ELV systems.
• Experience in material submittals, O&M manuals, MIR, WIR, and project documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, and document management systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• UAE experience will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
