Hiring: ELV Sales Executive (Full-Time)
Are you a high-energy sales professional with a deep technical understanding of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems? A leading IT firm in Dubai is looking for a results-driven ELV Sales Executive to join our growing team and turn technical solutions into successful projects.
The Role
We are looking for someone who doesn’t just "sell" but understands the architecture of a project. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with consultants and contractors, and closing deals that drive our firm’s growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively scout for new projects (Residential, Commercial, and Industrial) across the UAE.
- Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, and Smart Home solutions.
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, consultants, and contractors.
- What We’re Looking For
- Technical Savvy: Proven experience in the ELV/ICT industry is a must.
- Sales Grit: A "hunter" mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai construction and IT market landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Offer & Benefits
- Base Salary: AED 4,000 per month.
- Incentives: Highly attractive, uncapped commission structure based on monthly targets.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
