Role overview
The ELV Sales Engineer works in sales and business development for ELV, security systems, and building technologies.

Business development and sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities; meet consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and end users.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals; build and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Technical consultation
- Understand customer requirements and site conditions and recommend suitable ELV solutions.
- Conduct site visits and technical discussions with clients.
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams to develop solutions.
Tendering and proposals
- Review RFQs, BOQs, and tender documents and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and technical support.
- Submit quotations and follow up with clients.
Negotiation and closure
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and project scope; follow up on submitted quotations.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and support contract finalization and purchase order collection.
Pay
- The description states AED 7,000–10,000 per hour.
