ELV Sales Account Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across the UAE.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts and maintain customer relationships.
• Generate opportunities for structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, access control, networking, and other ELV solutions.
• Build relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions with estimation and technical teams.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, project opportunities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to support project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales, gross margin, and collection targets; monitor markets, competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in ELV, ICT, structured cabling, fiber optics, or related solutions.
• Good understanding of ELV/ICT products, solutions, project costing, and tendering.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
• An existing UAE customer and industry network is preferred.
• A UAE driving licence is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree or relevant technical/business qualification is preferred.
