Description

• Designing ELV Systems as per the specifications.
• Preparation of As-built drawings. And over design documents, submittals and shop drawings to Project Engineer for approvals & site work.
• Coordination with Draftsman and Document Controller for preparation of Shop Drawings & Material submittals respectively.
• Hand over Project Costing & BOQ to Accounts and Purchase team.
• Should be capable to determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies. Floating enquiries to Suppliers/Manufacturers, Cost Estimation, BOQ preparations.

Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the products.
Preparing quotations, pre-Qualification Documents, technical submittals and follow-up of the project until contract.

• Meeting with clients to clarify the queries issues related to the proposals.
• Design and preparation of system and drawings based on project specification and client requirements.
• Coordinating with the Project Manager and Engineers to provide the brief about the Project Design.
• Following up & providing Solutions to the System Site Execution Team.
• Assist in the design and preparation for offer after studying the drawings and the client needs (Design BOQS) for Commercial Systems managed by the Sales.
• Assisting in answering technical enquiries and site support.
• Technical drawing preparation and verification.
• Maintaining the project schedule by monitoring project progress.
• Site inspection and coordination on project progress, technical meetings with other contractors and consultant on project progress.
• Testing and commissioning of the system to the specifications and requirements of the client consultant.

Requirements :

• 1 years of experience in the (ELV industry) such as; Structured cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Video/Audio Intercom, Gate Barrier, Active Components, Security Systems, BMS, etc.
• Freshers with ELV system & Auto CAD knowledge also can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3000 - AED4000 per month
