Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Monitor system performance and security to ensure smooth business operations
- Assist in the setup of servers, printers, and other network devices
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system logs
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related solutions
- Support data backups, recovery, and system updates
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, operating systems, and common business software
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and remote desktop tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
