Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced ELV & Home Automation Engineer to oversee and manage the installation & programming on various Villa Luxury Projects & tower projects.

The Desired Candidate Have More than 2 Years Experience in the relevant field.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure all works is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate installation work on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
• Lead and manage teams, ensuring proper resource allocation, training, and performance.
• Monitor daily activities of subcontractors and workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the works, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.
• Ensure all systems are installed according to the project drawings and specifications.
• Track project progress, report on any issues, and propose solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of daily activities and work completed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an ELV & Home Automation Engineers in Luxury Villa Projects & tower projects or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the systems, codes, installation practices and programming.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualification

Engineering degree
