Role overview
Seeking an experienced ELV Technician or Engineer with hands-on experience in AMC and PPM of ELV systems.
The role is onsite in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Carry out AMC and scheduled PPM activities for ELV systems.
- Attend service calls, troubleshoot faults, and complete rectification work.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Prepare service reports, PPM checklists, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and follow-up requirements with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure ELV systems remain in proper working condition.
Preferred systems experience
- Experience with CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, video intercoms, structured cabling, gate barriers, and other ELV/security systems is preferred.
Requirements
- Previous experience handling AMC and PPM for ELV systems in the UAE is required.
- Good troubleshooting and technical skills are required.
- Must be able to independently attend maintenance and service calls.
- Good communication and reporting skills are required.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 per month.
