Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Electric Foreman to supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects.
The role requires leadership, communication, and a strong technical background in electrical systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects.
- Manage electricians and ensure work complies with specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Plan schedules, manpower, and materials to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure work follows safety standards and procedures, and perform quality checks.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain work records and prepare progress reports as required.
- Coordinate with other teams and contractors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least five years of electrical installation and maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and codes.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Proficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and measuring devices.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SAP.
