Role overview

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant equipment in compliance with safety procedures, including isolation, lockout, and tagout.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary equipment; troubleshoot engine components and repair electrical panels and devices.
• Operate and maintain medium- and high-voltage equipment; support HRSG and Steam Turbine Generator systems.
• Use electrical test instruments and plant instrumentation to monitor, measure, and record equipment readings.
• Operate oil separators, monitor alarms, conduct operational checks, and support control-system troubleshooting and restoration.
• Analyze performance trends, identify abnormalities, contribute to continuous improvement, and maintain maintenance records.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Power plant, industrial, or electrical maintenance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
