What You'Ll Be Doing
- Supervising electrical works on site, coordinating directly with contractors
- Holding contractors to programme and quality standards
- Managing client-facing progress discussions and escalations
- Driving works to completion against a tight schedule
What We'Re Looking For
- 8–10 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor
- Background in Power, Oil & Gas, or Refinery projects
- Proven track record managing contractors on live sites
- Comfortable in client-facing situations, not just execution
- Able to push a project through to completion under pressure
- UAE-based preferred, to meet the start date
