Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 7–12 years of MEP electrical project engineering experience, with a strong track record in precast villa or residential precast construction.
- Experience leading electrical scope on multi-unit villa developments; team or subordinate management experience is ideal.
Technical knowledge and tools
- In-depth knowledge of UAE electrical codes, DEWA regulations, and Civil Defense approval processes.
- Knowledge of precast villa coordination workflows, including factory casting coordination, embedment scheduling, and snag/de-snag processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management or scheduling tools such as Primavera P6.
Role scope
- Lead electrical scope on multi-unit villa developments.
- Coordinate electrical work with precast construction workflows, including factory casting and embedment scheduling.
- Manage project snag and de-snag processes.
