About This Role

  • Supervise installation of electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, cable trays, conduits, and ELV systems

  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule

  • Monitor daily site activities and resolve technical issues

  • Lead and manage electricians, technicians, and helpers

  • Assign tasks and ensure productivity targets are met

  • Coordinate with mechanical and plumbing teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow

  • Attend site coordination meetings with engineers and project managers

  • Work closely with QA/QC and planning teams

  • Enforce HSE policies and ensure safe working conditions

  • Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments

  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations

  • Plan daily and weekly work schedules

  • Coordinate material delivery, storage, and usage

  • Maintain daily progress reports

  • Report progress, delays, and issues to project management
