Overview
- Supervise daily Electrical activities across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Lead and supervise Electricians, helpers, and assistants; assign tasks and monitor daily productivity.
- Read, understand, and execute works as per approved shop drawings, coordination drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all installations comply with relevant local authority regulations (DEWA / ADDC).
- Ensure availability and efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment, control wastage.
- Prepare and communicate material / Equipment requirements in advance.
- Coordinate with civil, Plumbing, HVAC, fire and other trades to avoid clashes.
- Report daily progress, delays, and site issues; assist during consultant/client inspections.
- Enforce HSE rules and ensure all team members follow safety procedures and PPE requirements and conduct toolbox talks.
