Overview
This role spans pre-contract tendering and post-contract financial controls for mega infrastructure, airport expansions, and major building developments across Riyadh .
Key Responsibilities Pre-Contract (Tendering & Bidding) : Perform accurate quantity take-offs from electrical, MV/LV power systems, and ELV drawings.
Build full commercial and technical tender proposals, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generation.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate pricing with competitive suppliers and MEP subcontractors.
Identify potential project risks and provide optimization via value engineering.
Post-Contract (Execution & Variation Control) : Manage and price variation orders, changes, and design adjustments.
Track and update actual construction costs against the baseline budget.
Evaluate and clear subcontractors monthly progress billing and interim payment requests.
Collaborate with the commercial team to finalize and close project final accounts.
