Overview
- Prepare, review, and implement electrical designs, shop drawings, and material submittals as per project specifications and RTA standards.
- Coordinate with authorities such as RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, and Dubai Municipality for design approvals and inspections.
- Supervise site installation of electrical works including street lighting, ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems), power distribution, and related infrastructure systems.
- Ensure that all electrical installations meet safety and quality standards, adhering to local regulations and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections and testing for electrical systems prior to commissioning.
- Manage electrical documentation including as-built drawings, test reports, and method statements.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and utility teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and assist in maintaining timelines and budgets.
- Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and vendor submittals for electrical materials and equipment.
