Oversee, design, and manage electrical systems in construction projects.
Ensure electrical works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and local authority regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, review, and approve electrical drawings and technical submittals.
- Execute and supervise power distribution, lighting, low-voltage, and fire alarm installations.
- Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with DEWA, ADDC, and local authority regulations.
- Monitor progress and support timely, on-budget completion.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Attend project meetings, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and HSE policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least seven years of experience in construction or MEP projects.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with local authority regulations, including DEWA, ADDC, and SEWA.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
