The company seeks an experienced accountant with a strong UAE construction-sector background to manage full-cycle accounting and financial operations.
Accounting responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable, supplier reconciliations, and vendor communications.
- Record and process journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
- Perform bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and depreciation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support budgeting, cost analysis, and management decision-making reports.
- Ensure VAT compliance and assist with external year-end audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
- At least three years of UAE accounting experience.
- Strong background in the UAE construction sector.
