Electrical Engineer responsible for electrical design, project execution, regulatory compliance, testing, and troubleshooting.
Design and project execution
- Create detailed electrical designs and engineering documents, including single-line diagrams, load schedules, and transformer sizing.
- Use software such as AutoCAD to draft electrical systems.
- Ensure designs comply with ADDC regulations and international standards.
- Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and inspect installations for design and safety compliance.
Compliance, testing, and maintenance
- Prepare and submit documentation for ADDC approvals, follow local codes, and incorporate regulatory changes into project plans.
- Maintain project reports and records.
- Test and validate electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies to improve system reliability.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 6–7 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Familiarity with ADDC regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Training or certification in ADDC rules and regulations is highly desirable.

- Work location is in person.
