Electrical Draughtsman and Mechanical Draftsman
About This Role
Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout drawings for high-rise building projects.
Develop drawings for power distribution systems, lighting systems, low voltage systems, grounding, and cable routing.
Review design drawings, IFC drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, site teams, and consultants for drawing approvals.
Update drawings based on site modifications and engineering instructions.
Ensure drawings comply with project standards, local authority regulations, and construction requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing control records.
Assist engineering team in preparing material submittals and technical documents.
Perform redrafting and detailing of electrical systems as per site progress.
Support site execution teams by providing accurate and updated drawings.
