Overview
- Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.
- Develop detailed Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing layouts based on design drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM modelers, architects, and other disciplines to resolve design clashes and discrepancies.
- Review consultant and client drawings and incorporate revisions as required.
- Ensure drawings comply with local authority requirements, project specifications, and company standards.
- Generate material take-offs and support quantity estimation when required.
- Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide technical drafting support to project teams.
- Update drawings based on site conditions and engineer instructions.
- Assist in preparing submissions for consultant and authority approvals.
