Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical BIM Modeler, located in Qatar.
The Electrical BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for electrical and MEP systems.
Daily tasks include creating detailed construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
Additionally, the role involves reviewing and modifying models to ensure accuracy and compliance with required standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience as a Modeler
- Knowledge of Architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems
- Ability to develop and interpret detailed Construction Drawings
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Previous experience in the construction industry or related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
