Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on board-level hardware design.
• Skills: Proficiency in Altium Designer and high-speed simulation tools (Hyperlynx). Strong foundation in mixed-signal design, timing analysis, and DFM principles.

• 8-10 Years.
• The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $180,000.
• Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.

Responsibilities

• Schematic Capture: Build and maintain detailed schematics for analog and digital circuits using Altium Designer.
• High-Speed Design & Simulation: Run signal integrity and high-speed simulations using tools like Hyperlynx to verify performance.
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Partner with operations and assembly teams to ensure designs are cost-effective, testable, and ready for volume production.
• Prototyping & Testing: Bring up new hardware, debug issues, and validate performance against system requirements.
