Role Purpose

Implementation and Delivery

• Bridge project and support teams through techno-functional expertise.
• Drive new business implementation end to end, from business requirements to integration, configuration, and production deployment.
• Assess change feasibility and propose optimal client solutions with clear timelines.
• Support new implementations and build systems from scratch.
• Support architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production work.
• Translate business processes and requirements into ERP solutions.

Support and Improvement

• Provide ERP product support and maintenance and resolve daily queries and technical problems.
• Create and deploy automation solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Align technical and functional requirements and advise clients or internal teams.
• Support the on-site manager with change-related details and off-site support.

Role Knowledge

• Understand functional and technical design and architecture for ERP systems.
• Write code according to developmental standards and determine implementation methodologies.
• Bridge technology and business knowledge to deliver client solutions.

Development and Performance

• Build skills through training and seminars and clear Wipro exams and internal certifications.
• Performance measures include customer project quality, SLA and ETA, tickets resolved, problems solved, change requests implemented, customer escalations, and CSAT.
• Automation is measured through process optimization and reductions in steps and tickets.
• Skill development is measured by training, certifications, and published papers or articles.
