Your Role
As an **Education Sales Executive / Admission Counselor**, you will help working professionals choose the right certification and career development programs while driving student enrollments and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle inbound enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email & Walk-ins
✔ Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programs
✔ Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners
✔ Explain course features, career benefits and learning pathways
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✔ Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
✔ Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion
Ideal Candidate
✔ Minimum **2 years of UAE sales experience** in any of the following industries:
• Education And Training
- Insurance
- Real Estate
• Banking And Financial Services
✔ Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
✔ Strong closing ability with a target-driven mindset
✔ Confident, professional and customer-focused personality
✔ Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage
✔ Candidates holding **Spouse Visa / Own Visa** are preferred
✔ Immediate joiners will be given preference
