Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries through Calls, WhatsApp, Email, Website Leads, and Walk-ins
- Counsel prospective students on suitable certification and career development programs
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update CRM and maintain accurate student records
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion performance
Requirementsminimum Experience
At least 2 years of UAE sales experience in any of the following:
• Education And Training Industry
- Insurance
- Real Estate
- Banking Sales
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales closing ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Customer-focused mindset
- Professional and presentable personality
- Good computer and CRM skills
Preferred
- Immediate Joiners
- Candidates on Spouse Visa or Own Visa
