Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Academic & Educational Guidance –
  • Oversee and guide students in completion of homework and academic assignments
  • Support students in understanding curriculum requirements and study methods
  • Develop structured study plans for students requiring additional support
  • Monitor academic progress and recommend interventions when required
  • Counselling & Student Development
  • Provide age‐appropriate counselling to children and teenagers
  • Address behavioral, emotional, or learning concerns
  • Support development of discipline, responsibility, and self‐management skills
  • Refer complex cases to senior leadership or external specialists when needed
  • Supervision & Coordination
  • Coordinate with teachers on student academic and behavioral issues
  • Participate in parent meetings and provide feedback on student progress
  • Maintain structured reports and documentation
  • Facility‐Specific Responsibilities
  • Support school‐wide student support initiatives
  • Participate in academic planning and improvement programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desired: Experience in a large healthcare facility
