Education Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Education Manager will take the lead in developing, implementing, and managing educational programs for dental professionals.

Day-to-day tasks will include creating tailored curriculum content, conducting training sessions, coaching dental professionals, curating successful partnerships and ensuring the communication of company values and best practices in oral care education.

Collaboration with local and international teams will be an integral part of this role.

· Develop and implement education strategies in collaboration with senior management

· Lead the planning and execution of educational initiatives aligned with Curaden mission and objectives.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with Curaden current professional network (dental professionals, universities, professional associations, and industry leaders).

· Expand the reach and effectiveness of educational programs through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

· Work closely with the Marketing department to develop high-quality educational content and promotional materials.

· Ensure consistent branding and effective communication across all educational initiatives.

· Liaise with the sales team to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs.

· Organize and execute educational events, workshops, seminars, and webinars, ensuring they meet educational goals and industry standards.
