Education Coordinator

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of educational programs, workshops, and training sessions
• Serve as the main point of contact between instructors, students, and administrative staff
• Develop and maintain program schedules, materials, and resources
• Monitor program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in curriculum development and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Track student progress, attendance, and performance records
• Handle administrative duties such as documentation, reporting, and correspondence
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to promote educational offerings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and educational standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in education coordination, program management, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational management systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Working Conditions

• Based in Doha, Qatar
• May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on program schedules
