Role purpose

Technical development

• Participate in structured rotations across technical and operational functions.
• Develop understanding of company products, services, technologies, and operational processes.
• Support equipment assembly, testing, inspection, maintenance, repair, and operational activities under supervision.
• Assist with troubleshooting using practical engineering principles.
• Gain exposure to technical drawings, product specifications, manufacturing standards, and engineering documentation.
• Learn asset and equipment lifecycle management principles.

Field and operational exposure

• Participate in field service activities, including customer-site and operational assignments where required.
• Support offshore, workshop, and on-site activities according to business needs.
• Learn client expectations, operational delivery, service standards, and technical project planning and execution.

Quality, safety, and development

• Follow company HSE policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Support quality inspections, testing, and compliance initiatives; promote safe working practices.
• Complete mandatory safety training and competency development.
• Complete rotation learning objectives and participate in training, coaching, mentoring, and development activities.
• Deliver progress presentations and development projects, seek feedback, and implement development actions.

Qualifications and eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline; or a relevant higher diploma or diploma.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Commitment to successfully complete the full 24-month programme.
• UAE National eligibility; Family Book required.
• Willingness to learn, communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and ability to follow procedures.
• Flexibility to rotate across departments, locations, workshops, and field environments; commitment to safety and operational excellence.
