Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ajman for the position of Ecommerce Specialist.
The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, oversee product listings, execute promotional strategies, and analyze sales performance.
Other responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent online customer experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in E-Commerce and Sales, including proficiency with online marketplaces and digital sales platforms
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needs and maintain positive relationships
- Solid Analytical Skills for assessing sales performance data and refining online strategies
- Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and platforms; experience with marketplaces or digital marketing tools is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
