A Snapshot Of Your Day

  • As an E-Commerce Manager, your day involves strategizing e-commerce initiatives, managing product categories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams & Markets to drive sales and enhance customer experiences across digital platforms.
  • You'll oversee promotional calendars, analyze performance metrics, and work with 3rd party partners like to optimize sellout and pricing.
  • How You Will Make an Impact?
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches.
  • Optimize media plans and drive Ads revenue through performance marketing.
  • Enhance digital customer experience via merchandising and content optimization.
  • Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage yearly JBPs with partners, aligning with category priorities and clear KPIs.
  • Drive sustainable product and pricing strategies to maintain competitive market positioning.
  • Collaborate with content teams to improve customer journey and conversion rates.
  • Implement best practices from HQ to improve our markets' execution.
  • Leverage web analytics and competitive benchmarking to refine user experience and platform capabilities.
  • What You’ll Need?
  • Experience:

  • –11 years in e-commerce, managing direct-to-consumer platforms and online partners.
  • Skills: Expertise in performance marketing, Ads, and retail media; proficiency in e-commerce tools.
  • Qualities: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills; ability to work in collaborative environments.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinking, innovation, and comfort in fast-paced settings.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce trends, competitive landscapes, and digital customer experiences.
