Job Purpose
- **Online Operations** – To ensure website is functioning properly, listing products on the website, managing inventories, processing orders received through website, email, whatsapp, social media platforms, process online payments, and order fulfilment. Solve customers’ issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality. Ensure smooth operations in coordination with other teams.
- **Reporting –** Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Primary duties and responsibilities:
Order Management
- Answer "incoming or make outgoing calls and provide chat support" about product availability, quality, order status, and delivery status.
- Process orders received through online channel.
- Build constructive dialogues with customers and propose alternate product choices in the event of the non-availability of requested products.
- Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
Digital Marketing
- Products listing and optimizing
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- Track, report and analyze website analytics.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising link.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the market
- Perform other duties as and when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience
- Online Order Processing: 3 years (Required)
- Flowers and Plants: 2 years (Required)
