E-Commerce Coordinator

.

The E-Commerce

Coordinator

will be responsible for managing online sales portals and product listings, optimizing online visibility, executing digital advertising, coordinating with account management teams, executing sales strategies, driving sales growth, analyzing performance data, and supporting the overall performance of the e-commerce business across marketplaces and the brand website. The role reports to the E-commerce Manager to drive sales growth, improve conversion, and ensure

smooth commercial operations.

Product Listing & Optimization

  • Create and manage product listings across all online marketplaces and the brand website
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and attributes to improve visibility and conversion
  • Ensure listing compliance with platform guidelines and brand standards
  • Coordinate new product launches and content updates

Marketplace & Website Management

  • Manage day-to-day performance across marketplaces and Brand websites
  • Coordinate promotions, pricing updates, and campaign setups
  • Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, and visibility

Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertisements across marketplaces and website platforms
  • Monitor ad performance (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions)
  • Coordinate creatives and content with internal or external teams
  • Optimize budgets to improve efficiency and sales contribution

Payment Reconciliation & Commercial Support

  • Reconcile sales, payouts, commissions, and deductions from marketplaces and payment gateways
  • Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing, discrepancies, and closures
  • Support month-end and campaign-level reconciliations

Reporting & Business Support

  • Prepare regular performance reports covering sales, traffic, ads, and profitability
  • Identify growth opportunities and improvement areas
  • Support the E-commerce Manager in planning, analysis, and execution of initiatives

Qualifications, Experience & Skillsets

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital commerce roles
  • Hands-on experience with marketplaces like Amazon(Vendor & Seller), Noon.com, Talabat, Careem, Trendyol, Firstcry, Mumzworld, and Shopify
  • Working knowledge of digital ads and marketplace advertising tools
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
