Role overview
The Studio Process & Operations Consultant improves and implements operational processes across fashion ecommerce content production.
The role works with Sample Management, Creative, and internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and delivery.
The consultant supports scalable studio operations while maintaining creative output standards.
Key objectives and responsibilities
- Assess studio operating models and identify areas for improvement.
- Design end-to-end workflows across sample management, photography, post-production, and content delivery.
- Improve productivity, governance, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership.
- Create scalable procedures and drive continuous improvement across content production.
- Review current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks.
- Create SOPs, workflow documentation, and operational guidelines.
- Develop scalable solutions and support adoption of new processes through workshops, stakeholder relationships, and change management.
- Review supporting systems and technology; recommend workflow enhancements and automation.
- Provide progress updates, recommendations, and industry best-practice guidance.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in creative operations, studio operations, production consultancy, or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce photography, content production, and post-production workflows.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing operational processes.
- Project management, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating operational documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with commercial awareness to balance efficiency and creative excellence.
