This role is field-based and focuses on supporting hospitals and healthcare providers across the Southern Region of Saudi Arabia.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing key accounts, providing clinical and product support in operating rooms when required, and driving business growth within the assigned territory.
The position involves frequent travel within the region and close collaboration with internal teams including marketing, clinical specialists, and regional leadership to ensure successful execution of commercial strategies.p>
Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the ENT portfolio in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory plans covering key hospitals in the Southern Region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT surgeons, department heads, and hospital procurement teams.
- Provide clinical and technical support during product evaluations, cases, and training sessions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product utilization within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity tracking in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical specialists, and regional leadership to execute commercial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Medtronic policies and local regulatory requirements.
